Narnia seemed peaceful and relaxed when the Pevensie children had last seen it. Now, everything is horribly wrong.
The Ex-king Mraz had awoken the White Witch to help him take back Telmar from Caspian. She had agreed to help him if he agrees that she gets Narnia for herself and he agreed to her terms.
Caspian had heard that the White Witch had been awoken. He goes out to seek the help from Aslan. He later finds Aslan by the lamp post and Aslan agrees to help Caspian knowing what danger the White Witch is.
Mean while, the Pevensies are in England. Lucy and Edmund are waiting to come back to Narnia. Susan and Peter knew they would never go to Narnia again, but when they wake up a day later since getting back to England, Narnia was cold and white. Susan and Peter knew something was wrong and Edmund and Lucy agreed. As they continued to wander the forests, Prince Caspian believes that they aren’t coming back.
